An editorial special project about a residential complex located near the Novo-Orlovsky nature reserve, built around the idea of living in close connection with nature. The project highlights not only the advantages of the development itself, but also the context of the location: its natural surroundings, infrastructure, architectural concept, and future living environment.

The visual system of the project is based on a soft green shade that reinforces the association with the natural environment and supports the image already embedded in the project’s name. The key renders are complemented by lifestyle photography, making the presentation feel not only architectural but also more vivid and connected to everyday life scenarios. The emphasis on large-scale photographs and renders helps keep the focus on the client’s product, while minimalist infographics make information about completed and future project elements easy to understand. This approach visually connects the natural context, the modern residential environment, and a clear product presentation.

Visual solutions

The client’s goal was to present the residential complex as a modern living environment closely connected to nature, while also clearly showing the advantages of the location and its future infrastructure. This was achieved through a structure that first introduces the natural context and then shifts attention to the project itself, its architecture, infrastructure, and lifestyle scenarios near the green area. The visual solutions reinforce this transition: the nature-inspired color palette, lifestyle photography, large renders, and concise infographics create the image of a comfortable, contemporary, and environmentally connected space, while also helping the viewer quickly understand the value of the project for a future resident.
